FAQ
How far in advance should we book you?
As soon as you book your venue. This usually happens 9-12 months before your wedding. Dates are booking fast, especially if you're planning to get married on a weekend sometime between May - September, so hurry up and send us that inquiry!
We've booked you -now what?
Congratulations on your choice, you have chosen the most attentive team to be by your side on this journey! After we receive the retainer and the date is booked in our calendar, you will receive our well-curated Wedding Photography Guide including everything you need to know about logistics, building a timeline, the way we work etc. We'll set up a video call 1 month before the wedding to finalize things. This is when you'll also receive our Wedding Day Tips file to feel as prepared as possible for the big day. In the meantime, we'll be at your disposal to discuss anything you need in our Whatsapp group chat.
Do you also offer videography services?
We specialize only in photography. If you're interested in video too, we'd be happy to help you source the right videographer for you.
Can we give you a shot list?
We don’t work with traditional shot lists (aside from family groupings you’d like). Our documentary approach means we focus on capturing the genuine, unscripted moments that make your wedding day truly yours. We want to tell your story as it unfolds, naturally, beautifully, and honestly, without being tied to a checklist. Rest assured, all the important moments will be captured with care and intention.
Do you travel?
Yes! We are based in Athens, Greece, but we can travel wherever love takes you, in Europe or abroad. So far, we have shot beautiful weddings & elopements in Athens riviera, Hydra, Santorini, Paros, Serifos, Milos, Andros, Tinos, Corfu, Kefalonia, Crete, and abroad in Italy and the Netherlands. What's your destination?
Do you retouch?
No, we totally believe in keeping things natural. We may use Photoshop only to remove minor skin blemishes.
How long does a typical photo session last?
The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. Portrait sessions typically last up to 2 hours, while weddings can span several hours (usually 8h). We strive to provide plenty of time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos, this is why you'll receive a sneak preview within a week from your event! Our editing process typically takes up to 4 months, depending on the volume of images and the amount of booked events. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
How many photos should we expect to get?
Depends on the photo session you're interested in and the package you will choose. The photos we deliver for a full-day wedding are between 800 and 1200, a mix of colored and black & white ones, all of which are carefully curated and are tone and color-edited.
Can we ask you for albums & prints?
We totally recommend it! We collaborate with well-known labs that offer the finest printing quality and the latest trends in handmade albums. The designing process takes place between January and April and we do it together. Contact us for samples.
